How do I become an Officially Verified Mentor?
Any active member with substantive experience can submit an application via the Apply as Mentor page. Our administration committee reviews your industry experience, credentials, and lessons to approve your official Verified Mentor badge and directory placement.
Is Shine Globally free to use?
Yes! Networking, joining the community, publishing updates, applying for jobs, and accessing the public Knowledge Hub are 100% free for members. The platform is supported by ethical advertising partnerships.
How do employers and recruiters post jobs?
Logged-in members and organization representatives can post opportunities directly through the Post a Job module. All listings undergo administrative verification before indexing.
How do I report abuse, harassment, or fraudulent profiles?
We hold zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, spam, or scam solicitations. If you observe any content or member violating our standards, you can report it directly to abuse@shineglobally.com or use our Contact Support form with the profile URL and evidence. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
How can I request complete deletion of my account and data?
Under GDPR and international privacy rights, you have the right to be forgotten. You can request immediate permanent deletion of your profile, posts, messages, and uploaded assets by sending a request from your registered email address to privacy@shineglobally.com or submitting an inquiry through our Contact Form with subject "Account Deletion Request". All personal identifiers will be permanently removed from active databases.
