2. Mentor Code of Conduct & Verification Standards

Shine Globally maintains high standards for Verified Mentors. When you apply to become a Verified Mentor:

• You attest that all stated industry experience, company affiliations, and qualifications are truthful.
• Mentorship interactions must remain ethical, constructive, and non-exploitative. Mentors must not solicit inappropriate financial favors or misrepresent investment opportunities.
• Shine Globally reserves the full authority to approve, reject, or revoke Verified Mentor badges at its sole discretion upon review of violations.

3. Professional Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

• Posting hateful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content.
• Sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam) or automated scraping.
• Impersonating another person, organization, or executive.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform or database.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content and posts you publish on Shine Globally. By posting content, you grant Shine Globally a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content across the network in connection with operating the service.

5. Advertising & Monetization

You acknowledge that Shine Globally displays sponsored content and third-party advertising, including Google AdSense placements. Ad placements are marked as such and are governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the safety and integrity of the Shine Globally community.
